Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue related to ServiceNow connectivity from ThinkSmart Manager. The impact is limited to customers which have configured ServiceNow notifications from ThinkSmart Manager. During this time ServiceNow incidents will not be updated as expected. We will continue to provide updates as we progress with our investigation.
